Six Figures Creator OS ("we", "us", "our") operates a platform that helps creators generate short-form ad content — scripts, cinematic visuals, and voiceovers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and an encrypted password when you create an account or sign in with Google.
  • Payment information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card number or CVV on our servers.
  • Ad generation data — product images, scripts, voiceover preferences, and generated media you create within the studio.
  • Integration credentials — if you connect your own ElevenLabs API key, it is stored encrypted and used only to generate voiceovers on your behalf.
  • Usage analytics — how you interact with the app, which features you use, and device/browser information, used to improve the product.

2. How we use your information

  • To operate the studio — generate ad scripts, cinematic scenes, and voiceovers from your inputs.
  • To manage your subscription and credits — track your plan, credit balance, and top-up purchases.
  • To send service emails — payment receipts, security alerts, and essential account notifications.
  • To improve the platform — analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and build better features.
  • To prevent abuse — detect fraudulent activity, protect against unauthorized access, and enforce our terms.

3. What we don't do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We do not share your generated ad content with other users.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models for third parties.
  • We do not send promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Data sharing

  • Stripe — processes all payments and subscription billing. Your card data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
  • OpenAI / ElevenLabs — if you use AI voiceover generation, your scripts are sent to these providers to produce audio. If you connect your own ElevenLabs key, that traffic goes directly through your account.
  • Supabase — hosts our database and authentication infrastructure with row-level security protecting your data.
  • Law enforcement — we may disclose information if required by valid legal process or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

5. Data retention

  • Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Generated ad content (scripts, images, videos) is retained until you delete the ad or close your account.
  • Payment records are retained as required for tax and legal compliance.
  • When you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

6. Data security

  • All passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms by our authentication provider.
  • Integration API keys (e.g., ElevenLabs) are encrypted at rest.
  • All data in transit is secured with TLS encryption.
  • Row-level security policies ensure each user can only access their own data.
  • Access to user data by our team is limited to authorized personnel for support and security purposes only.

7. Your rights

  • Access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — you can update your account information at any time in Settings.
  • Deletion — you can close your account from Settings, which triggers deletion of your data.
  • Export — you can request an export of your generated ad content and account data.
  • Opt-out — you can opt out of non-essential analytics at any time.

8. Cookies

  • We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
  • Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand how the app is used so we can improve it.

9. Children's privacy

  • Six Figures Creator OS is intended for use by creators and agencies. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

  • We may update this privacy policy as our features evolve. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision.
